1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Bulk or wholesale orders (5kg, 10kg, 25kg bags) may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis—please contact us for details.
2. Return Process
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
Securely package the product and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
